1. What exactly is included in the $395 (1450 AED) package?
The package includes one professionally produced AI-generated music video based on your submitted brief and song. It includes one primary creative concept and three revision rounds. The project may also be directed by our Founder at no additional cost unless you prefer to proceed strictly with your own direction.
2. What do you need from me before starting?

- Clear direction on mood, style, references, pacing, or themes
Clear briefs lead to better results.
3. Can you match a specific style or reference video?
You may provide references. However, AI-generated content is interpretative and cannot replicate copyrighted works exactly.
4. How long does delivery take?
We aim to deliver within 3 days. Standard delivery time is typically 3–7 business days depending on complexity and clarity of your brief.
5. Do I get unlimited revisions?
No. The package includes three revision rounds. Major creative changes or complete concept shifts may require additional fees.
6. What counts as a revision?
- Adjusting pacing
- Visual refinements or additional outputs
- Color or transition tweaks
Major changes such as new themes, storylines, or significant redirection are considered a new scope of work.
7. Can I change the concept after production begins?
Once production starts, significant changes may require a new order. Clear direction before purchase is strongly recommended.
8. Will my video be completely unique?
Your video is custom-generated based on your brief. However, AI systems operate using learned patterns. We aim for commercially original results within AI standards.
9. Can I use the video commercially?
Yes. Once delivered and fully paid, you may use the final video for your promotional and commercial purposes.
10. Will you showcase my project publicly?
Run Dem Labs reserves the right to showcase completed work for portfolio and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.
11. What format will I receive?
You will receive one finalized video file in a high-quality format such as MP4. Additional formats or aspect ratios may incur additional fees.
12. What if I do not like the final result?
We follow your submitted brief carefully. Three revision rounds are included. Refund eligibility is governed by our Refund Policy.
13. Do you provide music licensing?
No. The client is responsible for ensuring they hold appropriate rights to use the submitted audio content.
14. Can I request rush delivery?
Rush delivery may be available depending on workload and may incur an additional fee. Please contact us before ordering.
15. What happens if I do not respond during the process?
If required materials or feedback are delayed, delivery timelines may extend accordingly. Extended inactivity may result in project closure without refund.
16. Do you work with all music genres?
Yes. We create AI music videos across various genres and styles, subject to legal and ethical guidelines.
17. Can you guarantee viral results?
No. Performance depends on marketing strategy, audience engagement, and platform algorithms.
18. Is the payment secure?

22. Will you provide the source files?
Anything other than the main video, such as all the material created during the creation, if requested, will be provided at additional cost. This includes source files also.

Terms and Conditions:
- You will own full commercial rights to the music video.
- 3 Days timeline only starts after instructions are received from the client.
- If client cannot finalize or approve the video within 3 days then given timelinle is not valid and new timeline can be provided.
- Refund is only applicable before the order given no time was spent by the vendor for the client. During and after the project, no refund will be entertained regardless of the client satisfaction.
