Refund Policy

1. Overview

At Run Dem Labs LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), we provide digital services, creative production, AI-generated media, consulting, and related digital deliverables. Due to the nature of custom digital work and intellectual property services, all purchases are subject to the refund terms outlined below.

By purchasing any service, product, consultation, digital file, or creative work from Run Dem Labs LLC, you agree to this Refund Policy in full.

2. 24-Hour Limited Refund Window

Refund requests may be considered only within twenty-four (24) hours of the original payment time.

To be eligible:

  • The request must be submitted in writing within 24 hours of purchase and be acknowledged by the vendor.
  • Regardless of implemented or not, No usable work, creative direction, strategy insight, consultation input, file preview, concept outline, draft, or any information related to the client’s project must have been delivered, shared, communicated, or made accessible in any format.

If any form of work-related information has been provided — regardless of size, scale, draft level, medium, format, or completeness — the purchase becomes non-refundable immediately.

3. No Refund After Work Begins

Refunds will not be entertained under any and all of the following circumstances:

  • After 24 hours from the time of payment.
  • After any portion of the work has commenced.
  • After any idea, strategy, script, draft, structure, concept, layout, outline, or creative direction has been communicated.
  • After any digital asset, preview, watermark version, partial file, consultation summary, or working draft has been shared.
  • After final delivery of the project.
  • If the client has accessed or downloaded any materials.

This applies regardless of whether the work is considered complete, partial, revised, or in-progress.

4. Processing Fees & Transaction Charges

If a refund is approved within the eligible 24-hour window:

  • The client agrees to bear all processing fees, payment gateway charges, banking charges, foreign exchange fees, administrative costs, and any third-party deductions.
  • The refund amount will be reduced by any non-recoverable transaction fees incurred by the Company.

Refunds will only be issued to the original payment method where technically possible.

5. No Guarantee of Immediate Refund Processing

Run Dem Labs LLC will review refund requests in good faith and process eligible refunds to the best of its operational ability. However:

  • The Company is not responsible for delays caused by payment processors, banks, financial institutions, gateways, or intermediary platforms.
  • The Company is not liable for processing delays outside of its direct control.
  • The Company does not guarantee immediate refund execution timelines.

6. Intellectual Property & Information Disclosure Clause

Due to the intellectual and strategic nature of our services:

Once any information, insight, idea, structure, strategy, draft, outline, or creative concept is shared — regardless of format — it constitutes delivery of value.

At that point:

  • The transaction becomes non-refundable.
  • All payments are deemed fully earned.

This applies even if the work is preliminary, partial, conceptual, or exploratory.

7. Non-Refundable Services

The following are strictly non-refundable once initiated:

  • AI media generation services
  • Creative production services
  • Consulting and advisory sessions
  • Strategy sessions
  • Custom development
  • Digital content creation
  • Custom automation builds
  • Music video creation services
  • Any customized digital deliverable

8. Discretionary Review

All refund decisions are made at the sole discretion of Run Dem Labs LLC and are subject to internal verification of:

  • Timeline of request
  • Work commencement status
  • Information delivered
  • Project engagement status

The Company reserves the right to deny any refund request that does not strictly meet the policy requirements.

9. Limitation of Liability

Run Dem Labs LLC shall not be held liable for:

  • Client dissatisfaction based on subjective creative preference.
  • Business outcomes, performance metrics, or third-party platform changes.
  • Delays caused by clients or external service providers.
  • Payment processor delays or gateway issues.
  • Any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages.

Maximum liability, if any, shall not exceed the original amount paid and accepted for the specific service in question.

10. Agreement to Terms

By completing a purchase, the client acknowledges and agrees that:

  • They have read and understood this Refund Policy.
  • They accept the 24-hour limitation.
  • They understand that delivery of any usable information voids refund eligibility.
  • They agree to bear all applicable transaction and processing costs.
